OTIS (Open Turbulent Image Set)

This dataset contains sequences of scenes observed through atmospheric turbulence. It has both static scenes and scenes with moving objects.
It is available in PNG or MAT format, either in grayscale or color at

SOTIS (Simulated Open Turbulent Image Set)

This dataset contains sequences of scenes observed through simulated atmospheric turbulence. The original ground truth images are available. It can be used for training and testing deep learning models for atmospheric turbulence mitigation, as well as for testing the performance of mitigation algorithms.
